The Coaching to Success conference to be held in Helsinki on April 25-26th 2018 gathers the key figures of the coaching field, leaders, and professionals interested in the development of organizations.

Coaching to Success is organized for the third time now. This conference has received a lot of praise and it will grow into bigger boots and rise to an international level. In addition to the top Finnish professionals, also known coaches and trainers from around the world will participate in the conference.

The theme of the Coaching to Success 2018 conference is to make organizations flourish. There is a huge amount of unused resources in people and organizations which are easily hidden. The conference discusses studies and practical experiences on how the strengths and potential of organizations are harnessed into use with business coaching – appreciating people, building respectful communication and cherishing good leadership.
